How it Works
With SupportView, an administrator, supervisor, or trainer can "take over" the session of a PowerTerm WebConnect user who has requested remote assistance and to control all the cursor moves, etc, as if the administrator were sitting at the keyboard. The tool is ideal for the following scenarios:
